What is ISO 9001:2000?
ISO is an international quality assurance standard which defines how a company is to ensure the manufacture and delivery of a finished product or service that meets applicable standards, codes and customer requirements.
Why did we get involved?
Customers today are demanding some form of quality assurance.
Other certification programs are not well publicized or understood throughout the construction trade and are not recognized both domestically or internationally compared to the ISO program.
ISO programs applies to all products we manufacture whereas other programs are specific to one product.
The program provides a convenient, cost effective way for us to demonstrate to governments, building officials, architects, builders and consumers alike, that we implement extensive administrative and process controls beyond basic testing to ensure product quality and consistency.
